MaintiMizer™ CMMS 3.5, our Computerized Maintenance Management Software System (CMMS), is available as a stand-alone or a network program. Network programs are licensed on a 'per seat' basis - the number of seats is based on the number of concurrent users needed.

Network CMMS 3.5 Installations:

Server (dedicated server recommended)
• Windows NT (4.0 or later), Novell Netware (4.0 or later), Windows 2000
• Minimum 256 MB of free memory
• 1 GB of free space
• Pentium IV or higher CPU recommended (Pentium III minimum)

Workstation
• Windows 95/98/NT (4.0 or later), Windows 2000
• Minimum 64 MB of free memory
• Minimum 50 MB of free space
• Pentium III or higher CPU recommended (Pentium II minimum)

Single CMMS 3.5 Installations:

Workstation
• Windows 95/98/NT (4.0 or later), Windows 2000
• Minimum 128 MB of free memory
• Minimum 2GB of free space
• Pentium III or higher CPU recommended (Pentium II minimum)

Note: these specifications meet the needs for the current release of MaintiMizer™ CMMS 3.5 and may or may not be sufficient for other CMMS upgrades or versions.

MaintiMizer CMMS software utilizes two different versions to meet your organizations CMMS software needs. The LAN based CMMS software solution is installed on a server at your location. The Web based CMMS software solution can be installed on a server or workstation and is accessed from anywhere via a compatible web browser.
